What We Offer

Bedding Upon Check-Out

On Sunday morning, please remove your used sheets to the floor at the foot of the bed for those beds that you slept in. Our cleaning service will take care of from there.

Toiletries

We provide linens and towels and a starter package of paper products. Please bring your own soaps, shampoos, and shaving supplies.

Trash Removal

While we will try to have trash and recycle waste bins brought to the curbside on Wednesday evening, it is rentals responsibility to bring bins back to their place on Thursday morning after the trash has been collected.

Temperature Setting

Everyone can sympathize with rising gas and electrical cost. Please set heating to 55 degrees when existing the premises during the winter months; and at 78 degrees for summer months. Feel free to set it for your own comfort while in Yiayia's.

Security Deposit

Your security deposit should be submitted in the form of a separate check. After our cleaning service gives your stay a thumbs-up, we will return your original check.

Security Deposit for Damage

A security deposit is required to cover any unforeseen damages during your stay.
If damage occurs, you are responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
Security deposits are a standard part of rental agreements in Michigan.
By accepting the agreement, you agree to cover any necessary repairs or replacements for which you or your guests are at fault
The deposit will be automatically used to cover such costs.
